                 Introductions

                  HF electropate power supply are widely used in spaceflight, aviation, steel, machine manufacturing, printing and presensitized offset plate. Can be used for Zinc, Chrome, Nickel, Copper, Silver plating and anode oxidation etc.The system has high voltage and current stabilizing precision and low ripple. The fully digital control system use US DSP technology, has high control precision.

                1Energy efficientBy using the full range of soft-switching technology, digital control technology and various aspects of optimal design, the machine’s overall efficiency reaches over 90%, and its power factor is greater than 0.9. Soft -switching power can save more than 3% power than conventional hard-switching power, compared with conventional thyristor power saving more than 15%.

                2.Appliciton conditions

                   Electroplate power should be used indoors, the normal conditions of use are as follows:

                ●No more than 1000 meters above sea level;

                ●Environment must be free of acid, alkali and other corrosive gases or other harmful ,flammable and explosive gases;

                ●Working ambient temperature should be in the range of -10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, and during transportation and storage should be in the range of -25℃ to 55℃;

                ●The average relative humidity <90%;;

                ●Power supply quality: Supply voltage fluctuation range of 575 ± 10%. Unbalanced ≤5%, the grid frequency fluctuations is not greater than ± 2%.

                ●Water-cooled machine need to install water switch in the position of intake and outlet of water. Be sure to use soft water, and keep waterways smooth without visible particulate impurities, and the water pressure should be maintained at between 0.2MP ~ 0.3MP, water temperature between 25℃-30 ℃.

                ●When the ambient temperature ≤0 ℃,the machine needed for a long time to stop running, be sure to drain the internal water to prevent water freezing or frost crack of the water pipe blockage.

                ●Prohibit connecting the outlet of a machine to the intake of another machine when using more than one water-cooled machine.
